Carlos Romero
Vice President Technology
Carlos leads all efforts related to security, compliance, infrastructure and team support at Stradigi AI. Over the last 10 years, he has been instrumental in shaping the information ecosystem of the Company. He graduated at the top of his class with honors in microcomputers and networking. He is certified in Cisco Networking, Security and Collaboration technologies as well as AWS Solutions Architecture. He is an expert at scalability and seamless deployments in agile environments.
Feyzah Abdelmoumen
Vice President Talent & Culture
Feyzah has led numerous human resources initiatives during her decades-long career. From startups to corporate environments, Feyzah has spent her career growing HR departments in multiple industries. Notably, she played a vital role in the international growth of the Luxury Retreats team prior to its acquisition by Airbnb and was a key player in the integration of both companies. Feyzah is also a proud cancer survivor, having gone through treatment in 2020. In remission since November of the same year, she is making a huge difference in the culture of Stradigi AI, helping to source top talent and solidifying structure as we continue to grow.
Jaime Camacaro, PhD
CIO & Co-Founder
Jaime is a mathematical physicist that guides our leading research science team to generate innovative technology in the fields of big data, machine learning and AI. As Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela, Jaime applied his mathematical skills to generate algebraic and geometrical models for quantum field theory and econophysics. Upon immigrating to Canada, Jaime started out as a Web Developer at Stradigi AI, and eight years later, he leads the company in all innovation initiatives. Around the office, he’s known for his welcoming demeanour and his tenacious commitment to driving research that pushes the boundaries, every day.
Carolina Bessega, PhD
Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder
Carolina is a visionary scientist with a strong business acumen, with 20+ years of experience in research, development, and broad programming. Carolina holds a PhD in fundamental physics and was an award-winning professor and researching before transitioning to industry full-time. A leader in the space of Artificial Intelligence, Carolina was the Director of the Nonlinear Phenomena Lab in Venezuela before moving to Canada. Today, she applies her extensive experience in machine learning to create, innovate, and develop technologies that solve real-world problems.
Curtis Gavua
President, COO & Co-Founder
Curtis is a solutions-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience. As Stradigi AI’s President & CPO, Curtis wears many hats in the company’s day-to-day operations, implementing our strategic vision and ensuring the company achieves and exceeds its corporate goals. He is known for his eagle-eye for detail, motivating leadership style, strong acumen for identifying key trends in AI, and ability to bring high-performing products to market. Curtis is also an angel investor and Limited Partner at Panache Ventures. Outside the office, Curtis is a devoted family man and an avid lover of “boarding” on all terrains — snow, surf, and wake.
